Designed for a commercial client to explore the possibilities of a prominent site. Careful consideration was given to the future requirements of the area and to maximise pedestrian and vehicular traffic, for a diverse business model. The design allows for flexibility with an exciting  architectural layout and envelope, to ensure the building's potential could weather future changes and becomes a key portfolio asset.
