Nestled within an existing suburban environment, this new house explores orientation and context of form. The programme of spaces allows for multiple areas to enjoy sun, view and outside entertaining, whilst providing a strong street presence. 

Externally the house is sympathetic to it's established neighbourhood, as it utilises a modern take on the traditional dormer and breaks the overall form into appropriate proportions.
